The school shooting in Parkland, Florida — one of the deadliest in modern American history — had many across the country coming together to send thoughts and prayers. Well, we finally have some good news for all these folks: those thoughts and prayers have been answered for one Senator from Florida in the form of a $300,000 check from the National Rifle Association!
Wow. When our country faces such horrible tragedy it’s great to see things like this happen. Thanks to the gun lobby, finally our prayers were answered — and so quickly after this horrific event. Thank God for the NRA, one of the most charitable organizations to the entire United States government.
I’ll bet you were just starting to think that all the mental and spiritual energy you were putting out there wasn’t actually accomplishing anything, weren’t you? Well guess again!

The incredible Senator’s name is Marco Rubio, who’s already a hometown hero in the state of Florida, and Americans are talking about how wonderful it is to see a real life miracle play out before our eyes.
Let’s look at the play by play:
American People – “What a horrible tragedy! Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families!”
God – “I better call the NRA”
NRA – “Here’s your check senator Rubio!”
Just like that!
And what makes Marco Rubio so deserving of God’s love and the NRA’s money? Why, just ask maverik young senator John McCain!
“Strong words from Marco Rubio today about such a tragic event. My thoughts and prayers are with all the victims of this most recent deadly shooting. Remember, gun laws only make it so that more criminals get guns while no one else does.”
And Christ be with you too, John! We hope the miracles keep coming and the NRA answers your thoughts and prayers as well.
