Remembering the Day Anonymous Took Down Wall Street Once and for All

It is hard to believe Capitalism was once the lifeblood of America. That the our world lived and breathe by something called the Stock Market and the accumulation of wealth was praised above all else. Please take a moment out of your day today to remember the valiant heroes Anonymous who, on October 10, 2011, snuffed out the flame of greed for good.

Today the titles of Stock Broker and Day Trader are only used as cautionary tales in bedtimes stories for our children. We point now to the quote on the cement obelisk that replaced the Charging Bull statue where it reads, “We are all anonymous. We are all one legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. NYSE, expect those of us who plan to destroy you.”

The buildings that once held Bear Stearns, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs are now just empty tombs of a failed system and we have the unknown moral warriors of 4chan and 9gag to thank. Anonymous knew exactly what they were doing when they destroyed modern civilization; they constantly post about how smart they are, I am sure they thought this through.

The authoritarian American Dollar has been replaced by twenty-seven different cryptocurrencies but I am partial to CrunkCoin. One CrunkCoin is equal to about five AstroBits, depending on the phase of the moon. It is a much better system that some magical Central Bank! And I, for one, enjoy the barter system where I can get a sack of grain for a broken bicycle. I also enjoying living on a shelf in an abandoned Costco. A, once forgotten, sense of community returns when you live it 800 other people.

Sure, society collapsed thanks to the computer virus or whatever it was Anonymous did to destroy Wall Street and mass starvation still exists almost ten years later. Having to grow our own food and boil all our water before drinking it is a small price to pay for freedom.

So, you ask why we are forced to worship a giant statue of Ayn Rand every October the 10th? Because we have been set free. We even have Net Neutrality where a man can post any kind of porn he wants, harass opinionated women, and look at erotic drawings of humanoid wolves… assuming the electricity is working that day.

Now, put on your Guy Faux mask before the sentient robot police find you and pluck out your eyeballs.
