Victory Records Not Trustworthy Says Judge, Tell-All Book, And Everyone Else For Last Decade

BREAKING: A Day to Remember was awarded a $4 million judgement by an Illinois jury in their federal court case against Victory records Tuesday. According to sources close to the situation, the Judge, a new tell-all book, and everyone else for the last decade, Victory Records was determined to be untrustworthy.

The label, which has been exposed time and time again by former employees, bands, and anyone else who has been even superficially involved with them, will also have to release A Day to Remember from their 2006 recording contract.

According to legal experts, the ruling was historic and shocking to anyone who hasn’t heard a Streetlight Manifesto record.

The Hard Times will continue to cover this breaking story as it develops.
